NEITHER YOU NOR YOUR EMPLOYER ARE AN EMPLOYEE, AGENT, OR PARTNER OF SOPUS, ITS AFFILIATES OR ITS PARENT COMPANY, AND NO EMPLOYMENT OR AGENCY RELATIONSHIP IS CREATED BY YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE OR THE CONTENT;
- To the extent you Use the Website or the Content, said Use must be pursuant to the direction of your employer;
